On October 20, 2023, we received the renewed certification as a family-friendly company from the NRW Competence Center for Women and Work at a festive event.
District Administrator Christoph Rüther and the head of the competence center Eva Leschinski praised the commitment of companies from the Paderborn district to a good work-life balance. Our Managing Director Sascha Hirsch and our HR Manager Oliver Henneböhl collected the certificate for ARGUS. A total of 83 other companies from the Paderborn district were honored for their commitment.
The "family-friendly company" label ensures that topics such as the compatibility of work, family and care are firmly integrated into the corporate culture. Competentia NRW has been awarding the seal since 2017 to recognize companies that are particularly supporting their employees. The jury evaluates companies' HR policies with a particular focus on home office and flexitime options as well as childcare allowances, family summer parties, company vehicles or free tickets for concerts or sporting events.
